10 minutes is all -- and I was there week before last when it was MINUS 17 F when I got in the car in the am.
That was the coldest day ever in Denver.
Yesterday, it was in the 60s -- much better (especially since I am walking to work now).

I can remember some -20's in Central Utah when I was growing up, and that was at 4500'.
The only sink I recall was the Randolf Sink in the Wasatch Range, which usually gets REALLY cold ~~ -20 is "normal" for that place.
