Taster Ovens are real high. Microwaves used a few minutes a day is no big deal. Crock pots shouldn't be a big deal either.

If I cook something in the toaster oven for 15 minutes using 110 V, I obviously use less power than I would if I cooked the same thing in a regular oven at the same temp for the same amount of time. Plus, the larger oven has to have more time to heat the entire oven.
I've used that combination of appliances for 15 years and my power bills are consistenly below $50 a month...sometimes as low as $30. And it doesn't matter where I've lived.
