Pumpkin Freeze
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 qt. vanilla ice cream softened
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon,and cloves.
Fold in ice cream. Fill individual molds or foil-lined muffin cups (just even and smooth with the top). Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
Have fun eating these tasty individual treats.
