In fact, I used to go to a wonderful spa for years - we'd eat healthy and get some sun - a few massages and a facial and show up back to work feeling mighty fine. Less money than going home - and I'm better off for it. ....Sometimes you have to walk away from the past for your own sanity. I did!....what's the old saying?
