Yeah, I think that's right. I remember ol' Harland's business idea got away from him and he didn't end up being the guy who really made bank on it.
Yah...he ended up in SLC and Harmon took a chance and agreed to buy the spices already mixed. He didn't get the formula until later, when he began to open other restaurants.
Harland wasn't much of a businessman, and didn't even start to cook until after he had "retired."
