I've cut WAY back on carbs and other starches

How do you deal with the fatigue? I tried the professional Body builders competition diet which is like 50% body weight in Protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats and could not take the feeling tired all the time.

Not having a problem with fatigue. I'm still getting carbs, just complex carbs instead of junk carbs. Whole wheat pastas and breads. Few potatos. Jasmin Rice. No heavy sauces on anything. No chips, ice cream, or candy. Ect...

I'm probably at about 45-50 protein. Just because I like a lot of meat. I almost think I'd be happier as a carnivore.

Dunno. I do my workouts right away in the morning. Right after, I have my breakfast and coffee. A LOT of coffe. About 48 oz of straight black Folgers.
