How do you deal with the fatigue? I tried the professional Body builders competition diet which is like 50% body weight in Protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats and could not take the feeling tired all the time.
I'm probably at about 45-50 protein. Just because I like a lot of meat. I almost think I'd be happier as a carnivore.
Dunno. I do my workouts right away in the morning. Right after, I have my breakfast and coffee. A LOT of coffe. About 48 oz of straight black Folgers.
