I'm probably at about 45-50 protein. Just because I like a lot of meat. I almost think I'd be happier as a carnivore.
Dunno. I do my workouts right away in the morning. Right after, I have my breakfast and coffee. A LOT of coffe. About 48 oz of straight black Folgers.
UGGG! I see my prob. Can't stand coffie.
Of course stay up until midnight Freeping then getting up at 4:30 to work out may also be part of the problem.
