Some ideas with colons:

• Taxes: Why they suck
• Taxes: If Death can take a Holiday, can't Taxes take a break?
• Taxes as Social Engineering: You always reduce what you tax.
• "Tax" as a word: why it makes sense that "to tax" means "to make weak."
