I don't even work up a sweat on mine, any more. I guess it's time I upped the mileage.

For my break in period here, I plan on doing only 15 minutes on the machines. Just a warm up before hitting the weights. Hi-rep/low weight. Focusing on multi-muscle group exercises. Squats. Deadlift. Bench. Flies. Ect... Alternate push/pull movements during the workout.

For nutrition, I'll probably try and get a few more veggies and will supplement with a multivitamin like Universal's Pak. I used to take their Stak as well, but that has now been arbitrarily outlawed by our increasingly sh*theaded government due to it's relatively mild androgenic effect. Can't have anyone using anything that actually WORKS, that might cause an unfair advantage. Tards. God I hate bureaucrats.

So yeah... I know what I'm doing...
