I hate that part - sitting alone! I used to try to go to restaurants/bars, etc. alone when I was single and traveling; it didn't work for me.
Check out this fan club Darks has!!And we are the only ones I know about - he must keep others around, lol.

Well, I have done that...although it depends on the bar...and the situation. If I'm staying at a hotel and I want a drink, I don't have a problem with it, although I'm more likely to call room service if that's an option, which it typically isn't in Arkansas. But to go out to a club alone....nah. I've done it, but generally only when I knew there would be people there I knew to hang out with. Of course, it's been a long time since I've even been to a club. In fact, since I've lived in Arkansas (nearly 5 years now), I've really only gone out for drinks maybe 5 times (blue thingies with supper or at a friend's house doesn't count) and only one of those was to a dance type place. It's a shame too, because I love to dance and I used to go all the time. I miss it a lot, and it was much easier to stay in shape when I was dancing all the time. But there really isn't anywhere to go here anyway. I think there may be one place that has dancing, but it's kind of a dive and even if I went there, it'd probably be full of clients.
I saw a photo of the guy. Ugh. I'm glad they got him. It was reported last night that the prosecutor has discretion as to whether to charger him as an adult - which he most likely will. I believe they are holding him at the juvenile facility for now.
Well, there ya go. You were supposed to let him tell you HIS problems...and from my experience with psychologists, they have plenty. 
Hey darks, perhaps you should draw the DD'ers based on your cyber impressions. That could be fun. You certainly wouldn't be lacking for material.

Fall always make me feel a bit glum...and fall is definitely showing itself the past couple of days. I'm not going in to work till noon, and there are a few things I want to do first, but at this point, I'm still in my pajamas.
Good luck on improving your outlook. Mine will improve, at least temporarily, for those days the dingbat is out of the office.
