Heres a song that reflects the mood of the coming winter....

http://bobdylan.com/songs/girlnorth.html

I wish I knew how to post videos, there is a great performance of this song from the 30th Anniversary show.
The whole night was a celebration of his music, with others performing his songs. He comes out and plays a set with Clapton,Young;Harrison,Petty,McQuinn and others...the final song of the night is just Bob on acoustic, playing this song...really wonderful. Right ON Bobby "Boo"!!

Great article. Dylan is definitely an autumn sound -- "days of mist and mellow fruitfulness."

I thought Scorsese's documentary was terrific. I imagine Dylan is pleased with it. My favorite part was during the 1966 tour when Dylan turned to The Band and defiantly told them to "play loud."

Good advice.

PLAY LOUD

My best Dylan memory was seeing him crank out a 10 minute version of Cold Irons Bound in concert. Awesome, I must say.
