No--he worked hard, 13 weeks for the job.....he didn't have to share it. Besides, being put on the spot like that, by the Donald, was the Donald's way of saying, always watch your back!
Randy is a great guy---I knew him when he was in high school....and he deserves this honor. He doesn't have to share it with anyone!!!! He gave his team credit for helping and was a friend to Rebecca...but he didn't have to share his great accomplishment!!!!
Randal won. That's clear. Everyone knows that Randal won and is the Apprentice. Rebecca is just the runner-up. She wasn't as good.
Next question: Could the Trump organization benefit from having Rebecca on the payroll? Would anyone say "No, she'd be a disaster"? She's a fine woman and better than many employees of the Trump organization.
"Randal, if you were me, would you hire Rebecca?"
Randal wasn't going to lose anything. And Rebecca wasn't going to be his equal. She was the loser. But being unwilling to hire such an outstanding performer makes Randal look foolish and petty.
I agree that he earned what he won, and he does not HAVE to share it. My point is just that he wouldn't actually be "sharing it" if he brought Rebecca along. He would still be the king apprentice and get the benefit of looking like a hero.
Did you really know him in high school? Please dish. I swear I'm not writing a book or anything. :)

Rebecca worked just as hard!
Besides, show me the word "aprenti" in the dictionary...
Randall's true colors came out when he hogged the light. Notice the show ended 5 minutes early?
