I was suprised to see Johnson grass on there. The horses I used to have loved the stuff. I never knew it was supposed to be bad for them.
Thanks for the link. I googled and found another one and it was saying that Johnson grass and Sudan grass poisoning were more of a problem for ruminants than they were for single-stomached animals. It had something to do with enzymes reacting with the cyanide in the plant. This link was saying that cattle could get sick within minutes of eating it and die within hours. I had no idea.
