Most likely it was someone that was zotted before under a different name.
And, as another poster said, you can't have liberty without security. But what kind of security? It should be to be secure in your person and property from some of the aforementioned "liberties". But, again, it shouldn't be the security of working without eating. Even God is against that. 2 Thessalonians 3:10 - For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
So why exactly was this fellow zotted? Did I miss something?

And all that in just the title and one quote! It was all really just too idiotic not to be zotted. At least if there was an actual point, they should have elucidated upon it.

Themods can see what IP address a person is posting from. If someone posts some hate screed, gets banned and then comes back under a different name, the mods can see that the IP address matches. That's why some folks get zotted about 30 seconds after they post, the mods can tell that someone is busy in his Mom's basement again...
