No, I don't have a problem with anti-smoking laws in most cases.
It's the Libertarians who want to equate a cigarette and a joint that tickle me.
If they want to play that game, equate the joint to a fifth of Jack Daniels.

Libertarians can't handle the drug issue straight on, so they try to drag in cigs, alcohol and dying cancer patients for their drug access.
I find that branch of their party to be contemptible and pathetic.
