...Of course my sarcasm was directed towards the lunacy of Sean Penn suggesting the city didn't have enough bullhorns. Now just how stupid can one get, especially in lieu of the fact that technology has taken us beyond that point...even in New Orleans, at least until the storm hit anyway.
