Mike Myers asked people to donate...then Kanye West went on a tirade about Iraq, Mike Myers said something else, and then Kanye says "GEORGE BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE!"

I saw West make his comments the other night, and Mike Myers' reaction was hysterical... lol.
Somehow I had the impression that West had some conservative leanings after he made his "Jesus Walks" video. I guess I was wrong... lol. But he's still young.

Hate it or love it, as Truman said, "the buck stops here." Presidents often get credit for good things that happen in the country and are blamed for bad things. While I see no evidence that GWB hates blacks, the legacy of the southern strategies of Goldwater, Nixon, Reagan and even GWB ( in South Carolina) live and people who are black tend hold certain conceptions on the GOP in part based on the southern strategies.
Great job Kanye. Didn't you think about all the white people watching on TV who were so turned off by your comments that they turned away. He'll be kicking himself in the morning when that sinks in.

ohhh and thats not the worst of it. On MTV's Uncencored, a show where celebrities can bash other celebrities or politicians without being censored. I quote Mr West when i say... "I know for a FACT that the bush regime and the white republicans flew over black neighborhoods spraying the AIDS virus to kill us all off. THAT IS why so many black people have AIDS" not only is this the stupidest thing i have ever heard (aids cannot be airborn) BUT he believes its totaly true. you know what i have to say? The fact that he had the upbringing that he did just proves that he has no idea what he is talking about. He’s probably never even seen a real “hood”. And I am sure that he won’t fly down to NO to help because he might get his prissy little a** dirty. Also regarding his education, he is a college dropout. Explains a lot.

You said it all. But they are not looking on that side of it, and probably never will. They will find a way to blame conservatives for the crimes that they commit against one another.
The problem is that these people do not listen to the news before they speak. They form their opinions on hearsay, which as we all know from the Telephone game in preschool, is always quite far from the truth. They really need to educate themselves before they open their mouths in public and make complete idiots out of themselves like Kanye West.
