I thought it would be interesting to review the posts in respone to this movie on FX which aired on 6/5/05.
Is this the movie that gave the Bush Administration the idea to create Hurricane Katrina? </sarcasm>
I saw it. The only difference is in the movie NO wasn't flooded.
