Hello there...

Back before we got old and jaded and found out what it *really means*, we thought this was a "roll in the hay"...

...and it made us happy.

My kids loved doing that. I always hated it because I'd have to stand there and watch them and get all that hay dust up my nose and into my sinuses. I'd be choked up for DAYS afterwards!

But there's nothing like orchard-picked apples for making pies and crisps. Just more fun to make when you've picked the apples yourself!
