I need a book sale report as soon as you're back... is it worth going to?

Speaking of books - my Mom alerted me to a good author: Michael McGarrity. He is native to NM and his mystery stories are set there. He writes some of the best "local color" I've come across.

Back. I deem it...pretty decent. It's a bit crowded, but then, anything more than a person or two is a crowd to me. Decent selection, though due to said crowd, I didn't explore as much as I might have. Prices aren't as low as ye olde booke sale back home. A dollar a book is the typical, with brand new hardcover books going for two or so. No ancient paperbooks for a dime apiece, in other words. Some are fifty cents, but that's about as low as it goes.

I got a few things, but will be happy to go back. I didn't really look at novels, and I'd like to look more through the literature section. They had the first two volumes of Kristin Lavransdatter in paperback, and I'm thinkin' that may mean the third one is there somewhere, if I can find it. I'd prefer hardback, but I guess that'll be next year's birthday present to me. (It's my birthday present to me...I'm sooo happy!)
