No, I don't. I really hate playing with registry settings, I know better than that. But google - the only tool I could use - didn't have any better ideas. Actually I found the registry thing from a site talking about how to get your .exe files to show an "open with" dialog... nobody else seems to have this problem.

OK.. call up the Control Panel, then Folder Options. Select the "File Types" tab. It will list all of the file extensions that have file types assigned to them, and will let you delete old ones or assign new ones.
