Evening Rosie - glad you got the interview nailed down.
Bubinga does sound cool, so does cocobolo. Both woods are used bow risers. I have a bamboo backed osage bow with a cocobolo handle and arrow pass. This one was made by a friend of mine, I'm not in his league on BBO with exotic wood handles by a long shot.

Cocobolo is used as a tonewood, too - supposedly it's tonally in the realm of rosewood. Very dense stuff. And
pretty! I love the red in it...
