Right... well, I'm picking up the serial killer vibes now.
...and here's what I cleaned up :)
As you can see, she doesn't like me at all. Not even a little.
So far it's just Jen, Rosie and me. Anyone?
Hello??
See you there :)
I can stop into chat for a bit.
I'll have to jump in and out of conversations though since I'm still trying to get the girls to stay in bed. :-D
Looks like it'll be a cool dry-bed. Are you expecting there will be times when it won't be so 'dry'?
I need some of that hay for when I re-seed the weedy spots in my front yard!
I seriesly doubt there will ever be running water in it. Maybe once every 5-10 years or so, with a hurricane or a storm like Gaston.
That is looking good. Playing in the dirt is somehow theraputic. Careful placement of the rocks and you can have a zen garden as well as a functional rock lined drainageway.
Pedal for an hour, get 2 mintues TV time! That'll keep the jedis in shape. LOL
Shall I bring out my Scottish man?
Hi Rose! Nice to see you!
Good! I got done goofing off with movie and friends. Am trying to finish off things that are due tomorrow. They'll be done before bed. Well, some of it, the research report I'll type up tomorrow morning.
Still trying to finish my NaNo plot, we're getting close!
Hey, you know suburban/rural Pennsylvania ... are there any hilly roads, with dropoffs?
Plotergizing ...
Any? How 'bout "lots and lots". Try Route 40 through the central-to-west part of the state, it's very hilly. And anywhere in the Pittsburgh area is hilly, though not too cliffy. Wouldn't be fun to drive off but you wouldn't drop more 'n fifteen feet. Heck, there's a spot or two a mile down from my folks' house that wouldn't be fun to go off in winter. Two roads going steeply downhill, that cross in an "X" shape; the right-hand road is a real killer.
Yay for plotting! I have the characters, the important ones anyway, and the tension; the relationships, and a vague plot. Ack. It'll be great fun. I love this heroine, she's terribly obnoxious and competent.
Sorry, "Route 30", not 40.
Pittsburgh is perfect ... it's Western Pennsylvania, which is ideal.
Have you ever been to Punxsutawney?
No, I haven't. I did see "Groundhog's Day", though...
Oh, also - if it's late spring through early fall, just make it a wooded hillside. The woods in PA are nice and thick, get a car a few yards down a hillside and it'd be mostly invisible.
