you know I love that.
Why are you conflicted?
Now YOU have a secret admirer! ;o)
You know, several years from now, when Steve has a new job, and you're settled in your finances somewhat, you'll be able to do something similar for a young family that you know. You'll have the chance to 'pay it forward'.
Well, there are some people that I won't accept this kind of thing from, and then there are some that I would be ashamed if they thought we were poor and then there are some that I would be grateful to...
My head feels like it's blowing up.
2J. Accept graciously. Years from now, pass it on.
Go drink some tea and admit that you're happy.
LOL! I've got the pot on for me and Hair!
Now go have that tea!
Thank God.
He'll take care of the rest. ;-)
By the way...
Everyone in the Hobbit Hole fits in that third category of people I would be grateful to...everyone here already knows how poor we are! LOL!!
So if anyone in the Hobbit Hole got this w/d for me...THANK YOU!
we'll keep prayin' Suzi.
Don't let the chain of luv end with yew...
LOL! Is that a country tune? If not, it oughta be!
Thanks for those prayers. I tried to call my b-i-l in Gulfport, but the cell network was down.
Well, if it's from my folks, I won't accept it. There are things I want more from them, some of them belong to me and are tangible. Most are intangible.
Stuff like this from them feels like a pay-off. I don't mind stuff they get for the boys...that's how Steve got me to keep the furniture. For the boys' sake...so they wouldn't have to sit on the floor.
prayers up
yeah, it's one of them tear jerkers...
Keep me posted, Suzi...prayin' for your family!
Joshua just came up to me and said "If I had my heart's desire, I'd have a hundred clones of me." I asked "Why??" and he said he just thought it would be good.
IMHO, that's just silly.
There's an old story, don't know if it's true or not, and I can't recall which preacher/evangelist they attribute it to, but it goes like this.
Someone brought in a HUGH amount of money for the offering. Everyone knew it was gambling and likker money. So they said,
"Brother Stormhands, don't you know that's the devil's money?"
"Well, the devil's had it long enough."
Pay it Forward
