Oh dear that cheesecake is painful tiny That cheese cake is a flan. :)
Flan is commonly used as a term to describe the Spanish, Portuguese or Mexican version of Creme Caramel normally baked in a water bath and turned out of it's mold onto a plate for serving.

Hope you have a dishwasher?:) We have a two dishwashers as you can see.
When I took this photo I asked:
"Who is the "Presidente del Club de Calzonazos", pronounced Calthonathos

You can see these macho Spaniards were not too shy to claim that honor.

You guys are having too much fun without me..but I'm stuck at the oven right now making dozens of sugar cookies for my grandson, (and Al.)
