It's Macugen. Direct injections into the eye. Dad describes what he used to have as "dark islands" in his field of view, now they look like atolls, he has regained vision in the centers of the islands, but can still see the old shores.
We're hopeful that as his treatment continues the improvement will continue as well. His next shot is Wednesday...
