Use a knife to cut the lid if it is the foil type. If it is pudding in a can, you will need POWER TOOLS!!
Now if you want to find out who tampered with your food. I suggest calling in S*W*A*T and the CSI. Fingerprint and DNA samples of all of you co-workers should solve the case.

The foil is designed to cause maximum frustration, it is through thi frustration energy that the foil is activated, and a signal goes out.
The company tracks the signal, and they use this information for unknown nefarious reasons to control the world.
