I had an opportunity to hang out with River one night in 92 and he chain smoked like a fiend while guzzling beer the whole time. He even took a leak in the alley while taking a walk - *very* hip! /sarcasm

One of my friends all the way back to 2nd grade is a cousin of the "Phoenix" family (real last name is Bottom - yes, it's true, River Bottom was his real name). The sister Rainbow was just as hypocritical - she wore leather but claimed to LOVE her some PETA!
