Two CD's = 140 minutes or so - that's about 600 miles per hour. That's what I was thinking. DaiHuy must drive like I do.

Eek! I was gonna say avoid hard drivin' bluegrass (or Irish or Scottish dance stuff), unless you either have cruise control or are sure you aren't gonna get *caught* if you speed...

Years ago, I was driving home, and had the classical station on. The announcer warned drivers that the William Tell
Overture
was coming up and it tended to get a bit upbeat at the end, and to pay attention to driving.

Doobie Bros - Rocking Down the Highway and China Grove

I drive through China Grove on my way to San Antonio and La Grange on my way to Dallas. Those great songs always pop into my mind

The theme music to the Teletubbies. Over and over again.

This reminds me of my 10 1/2 hour return trip from Acadia National Park accompanied by my two year old daughter who INSISTED on hearing "The Wiggles" over and over and over and....

I swear I've got scar tissue on my eardrums from that.

I recently activated XM radio, so that would help. If I were driving that far, I would probably go to the dealer or other retailer and have them put in a cable so I could hook my iPod up in there. I have 30 gig or so on there, so my entire collection should be plenty.

"Radar Love, Golden Earing"

You nailed it. Radar Love is the best driving song ever. Even Homer Simpson knows that.
