I never use gloves when working with peppers.....just don't touch your eyes, nose, mouth or sensitive areas until AFTER you have washed the pepper juices off your hands.........

Very sensible, Miss Gabrielle. Obviously the Whyisa's recipe was designed for someone who can't keep their hands out of their sensitive areas.
