To: Rose of Sharn

It might be similar to the UK. We don't get a LOT of lingering snow, but it usually snows a couple times per winter, and each time lasts a few days. Last year, we didn't get any.

That really surprises me. I thought your winters there would be alot worse. I guess because your so far north.

Scotland gets very harsh winters with deep snow, whereas the south of England is much milder, snow sometimes during the winter and cold enough for gloves/hat/scarf from November on to March, lots of ICE in both places, but South warms up quicker than Scotland. Wales has the most rain, but it is beautiful and South West England, Cornwall is the hottest.
Only 1 poisonous snake, rarely seen, the ADDER.
Skating on ponds is the norm for about 2 months of the year! : )
