I am noticing results. It just still hurts. At least the soreness is getting better.

Those are easy to do at work after you get there and make life a lot happier later in the day. The key to stretching is not bouncing of going crazy, just push it till it hurts and hold for 30 seconds. Anything less that 20 or 25 and you get zero results. The tendons and such just snap right back. Since I started this tri training I have been extra diligent with stretching before and after and it has paid off big time.
