Yeah, you got that right...I had been nagging him in a joking way and then the jedis started too...it was all a bit of fun, but he got sick of it pretty quick!

So we quit.

See, I've never nagged him at all prior to this summer. And he never tells me anything. But he seems to have got the hint about that anyways, because without me even asking he's started giving me updates.

He has to turn in "hopefully" one more draft after this one and then go before a committee and defend it orally (does that make sense to you?) After he successfully defends it, then he's done.

I pray for him every day. Sometimes several times a day. The day he goes before that committee, I will have my entire Sunday school and of course everyone in the Hole praying HARD!

Yeah, the oral defense is familiar. SSQ had to do that for his PhD dissertation.

Glad that he's sharing more info about it with you and the Jedis. Those boys are gonna be SO proud of their Dad when he gets that degree!!

I'll add him to our Parish Prayer list for the next few weeks to get him even more prayers!
