To: Overtaxed

They don't seem to get further north than the Lake of the Ozarks area. Generally the ground is frozen enough north of there in the winter to keep them south. I understand they get frostbite as well, was told that, don't know if it's true or not.

Got the nuggets in for the night...tucked away in their tote. They're growing very well! But they are not as friendly as the hens were. Not "socialized" at all.

They're just chickens...like one normally thinks of chickens, I guess. Not pets.
