It's just the principle of the thing. Brocoli and chicken for dinner - if this diet thing doesn't start working soon I'm gonna go nuts. But I *am* going to get down another two - even three! - sizes.
I just don't have the will power that is key to successful dieting.
The best I can do is shrink my portions to try and shrink my stomach so that I eat less.
