The soreness that was caused from softball is gone but the strange twinge that caused it is still there. Not much of an issue though. Just something to keep an eye on. I changed my pillow also. That might help.
The shoes are a lot cheaper. On the other hand bikes last much much longer. You should get both. They get different muscle groups and some days you feel like biking more than walking. Like if you have been on your feet a lot and they hurt biking can still be fun. I like both biking and running but biking is more entertaining.
Sick pet ping.
Radioactive cat poop... swell :P
Ooh...kewl...
Would radioactive cat pee make a good weapon? Hmm...
Yall sure do have plenty of bike shops there.
I am sure a super soaker loaded with it would be pretty nasty.
Yeah, I'll probably go to the recycled bike place.
I like biking a whole lot more than walking, but on the other hand I do have a tendency to fall off. I am probably going to have to wait until next payday for either, anyway, so I have time to decide. Maybe the bike. I can practice around the neighborhoods, and then when I'm good can use it for errands. Mmm... biking to B&N....
Had a meeting with my advisor. He seems to think a month of loafing is enough and wants me to start thinking about my thesis. Yeah, he's right, I do want to get the MS next spring. I'm also lucky to have probably the nicest guy in the department as an advisor.
Well she's still rather sleek and plump and isn't acting hyper or anything. She's not to the point of eating every scrap of food she can get her paws. She begs for more wet food, tuna, and yogurt, but then she's always done that.
She doesn't like me putting cream in her ears but it's a lot easier to do than force a pill down her throat.
A super soaker loaded with the cold version is pretty nasty by itself. :)
I think Juan had her preserved and put in a glass covered coffin and he took her around the country for people to see their beloved 'Evita'. Wierdness!
We weathered the tropical storm just fine. Highest winds we had were about 45 mph, with horizontal rain on Saturday. Never had any thunder, or lightning, just the wind and rain.
Oh - well rats... we would have liked the visit!
Wait a minute! I've just been told that it's still up in the air. An uppity upper guy on the project might insist that the assignments stay the way they were (which means I'd have to board Miss Cat at the vet's.) Anyway...we're supposed to be at different field sites on July 11, 13, and 15.
Well, I hope for the best... We'd enjoy the visit, but I understand critter concerns. :~D
Now that you've got the horse trailer, throw the horses in and come visit all your hobbity friends! Quit the jobs and see the whole country!
What, you're gonna say that, and the whole "road trip, with horses" idea, is impractical?
We'll keep it in mind ;~D
Just don't say I'm no fun.
I guess it'll work out one way or the other. On the one hand I wanted to come and visit but on the other hand that would be the last week of Miss Cat's medicine. Medicating Miss Cat isn't something I'd leave to the neighbors.
Anyway....there were other people volunteering to go on that trip but I think the head of the department wants them doing something else. Whatever.
Oops! I'm talking to myself!
We try to overlook those kinds of things ;~D
When a body gets to be my age....
