Whoa, he really improved with age. That young version is ugly...
Mornin' Corin!
I was just thinkin' how I should post a pic of Daisy - just for fairness, of course. :-D
He was cute for what was in style at the time. *grin*
Like I said. Sooo glad I missed the 80s.
Heh, nothing quite like getting a decent haircut and putting a clean shirt on.
I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers.
heh...reminds me of an old joke I can't tell online...
And in general women's haircuts were worse back then. I can just never watch movies like "Terminator" without commenting about the horrible things people did to their hair or wore in public.
No one ever swooned over A-HA.
The hair bands did have some style eh?
Eh - quit bein' such an eraist. ;~D
You're seeing it through the rose-colored glasses of memory, I fear ;-)
Big hair? Leg warmers? Giant white plastic belts worn on top of tunic-tops?
Not saying today's "let's see how little material we can get away with" styles are any better, mind.
Depends on who's wearing them. ;~D
Oh man, are ya kidding?
Some of my friends went to the A-HA concert for the express purpose of flashing the band during "Take On Me".
They weren't as fanatical as the Duran Duran crowd, but they held their own in terms of fan-obsession. :-D
I was a hair band chick. Loved it, loved it, loved it!
Especially the Crue.
I speak with myself in mind ;-)
Not that I would wear them, but by the time I'll be able to get away with them Neo-Victorian will be back anyway.
I loved leg warmers. Wish I had some now.
Most of what you guys are wearing wouldn't look too odd today... the difference, I guess, between normal sane 80s people, and the relics I usually see in movies and such.
As long as they stick to the inverse cloth to ugliness relationship then there is no issue
:D
