I've been holding off going to the doctor, cause this does seem to be healing up. That and the fact that I literally haven't had a window of opportunity to get there.
Are these states we've actually stayed in or just passed through on our way somewhere else?
Heh, I was going to suggest AK to you! :) That's the place to go to avoid the heat/humidity in the summertime!
Oh, the Smokey Mountains are BEAUTIFUL! I game for the Smokey Mountains!
Been wanting to visit 'em anyways.
I'm hoping that one day the Hobbit Hole will do an Alaskan cruise together!
Tahoe....
Mt. Shasta....
Amon Nar should be ready for Patriot Moot about that time!
OOOOOHHHHHHHH!
I am SO THERE!! :)
They're states we'd like to go to.
If it's not summer or drivable, then it'll just be me.
Early winter might be difficult for me, as I'm hoping (praying, begging, pleading) that I'll be changing jobs in January.
I'm only bringing those up because it's all about me.
Missouri: Six Flags, Silver Dollar City, Branson (lotsuh showtunes that I know you'd love), caves, wineries, spring-fed rivers fer canoing, floatin' or sittin' nextuh...Katey Nature Trail, Lewis and Clark route, free B&B and range facilities at Dogwood Ridge...
too many elves in Kalifornia and Orlanduh...
Hey - I'm game for Alaska... An Alaska cruise especially.
At this moment in my life, it's tricky for me to get any time off except during the summer. The breaks are all scheduled by the school, and I'm expected to work over Thanksgiving and spring breaks. I get about three weeks over Christmas but that's not going to be popular with anyone.
However, during the period from mid-May to early August, I can be pretty flexible. That's assuming that I'm in the same place a year from now that I am now, an assumption that I have no particular reason to question.
Does PatriotMoot include a secret AniMoot component in the basement?
Yeah, we don't wanna try Virginia in 2007. That's the 400th Anniversary Celebration of Jamestown.
This place will be a zoo.
That's 3 of us, think we can talk the rest of the gang into it?
Summer works for me (and the clan) if it's July. June and August are tricky.
I could do late August, and maybe the Mrs. and Luke, but Jr. would be out 'cause of football.
The pictures my mom brought back from the cruise she took last year were gorgeous. Ice so blue it hurts your eyes!
Remember? She was cruising while I was at WeddingMoot. :-D
But it does get cold and windy on those ships.
A Caribbean cruise it's NOT.
