Reminds me of that old joke, "Help me find my keys and we can drive out of here..."
I gave up long ago on trying to keep up with what "art" entails. One mans "silly" is another mans "Picasso".

What I don't understand is how could copying an idea from a movie be considered "art"? I always thought art involved originality.
How blinded I have been. *rolls eyes*

It said Henderson not Hendersonville. Hendersonville has very attractive bear sculptures for it's theme

I don't think there is a polite, appropriate response to yours...

Was there a sculpture like this in a movie?

The artist thinks he has gone out on a limb with this naked offense to sensible persons, but I don't think he has a leg to stand on. I think the attraction is e-femur-al and there is no way the artist will be able to skirt the issue. The man clearly needs to start drinking de-calf and start to toe the line before he is recognized as nothing but a common heel.
It's obvious that he is *frustrated* and his piece is very revealing as to his kneeds. It's apparent his world view re-vulvas around sex, and he seams like a real eager beaver to put his inadequacy on display for the rest of the world. The community needs to grab the thigh-ger by the tail and give this sculpture the boot. If the shoe were on the other foot, they'd see how this makes their whole community look like a den of shinfulness.

You forgot the important part--where the AG said "I have better things to do."
If these people don't want giant spread legs between a couple of churches--LET THEM BUY THE PROPERTY.
Otherwise, they're just flapping gums like far too many on this board about how 'someone should do something.' When it's obvious they can but won't, so they want government to do it for them so they get something for nothing.
I say more power to the AG. It's about time SOMEONE in government said publicly, I got better things to do than waste taxpayer dollars suing somebody over what stupid $#!# they do on their own property.

I was trying to come up with one there, but you left no opening. You snatched them all up, I guess. I suppose God didn't just spread around the power to pun on every topic...thigh will be done.

No it,s Bush's faultI can't see that.

I would give a lot of money for someone to plant a big "Jeb '08" right between the tops of the two legs.

"thigh will be done." That's varicose to being blasphemy, and I'd say you need to get back in step. Like the artist, you should be dressed down with your shame laid bare to the rest of the world. I guess only a few of us remain garters of virtue while everybody else is content to sympa-thighs with the amorality of the sculptor.

"No Bush associated with this sculpture..." I know that so far on this thread, I've been acting in a very prunish manner and I should just leave, but this will surely just branch out into other areas if not nipped in the bud. This is just a modern incarnation of the Hor(ticulture) of Babylon.
