Not sure what year the ALCo diesel hails from, but it seems to be in memeory that this particular beast was 1950's or early 60's vintage.
Still primitive when compared to an SD-40, but a good locomotive if maintained.

I'm sure by comparison and 50's/60's train would be primitive to today's.
