Cool.........we are going to try for a repeat this evening, so we'll toast you. Grilling on the deck is very nice.
Saw two deer this morningamongst the other critters.

Have it back home. It won't finish loading here, tried twice......half hour each time......it won't finalize.
Coincidence? Or something more sinister!

Sis has been up to something, but she's been quiet about what that might be.
Something about "ruling the" and then she goes off into quiet mumbles, which her cat replies to.

We had a fox just outside our backyard fence a couple of mornings ago. And we have quail nearly every morning perched on the fence and coming into the garden. We see deer fairly frequently. It is so nice having that open space right against our back yard!

I upgraded my Norton from just virus protection to internet security a couple of days ago, and it really screwed up my computer. I am just now getting it back up and running. I was able to make a post or two last night, but it looks like the machine is back to normal. Ugh. The Norton didn't load properly, so it blocked my internet access. The program wouldn't allow me to uninstall it, and since my internet access was blocked, I couldn't go back to the site and do another download! It's been a mess. I finally did a system restore, and started over - everything looks good now. I've updated my virus definitions, and am running a new scan.

We don't let our kitties out, but one of them was sitting on the windowsill and watching the fox. I saw a turkey a couple of weeks ago just strolling up the sidewalk about two blocks from our house.

Ours has gone outside virtually every night since she came to us. She loves it. I don't worry any longer, she seems to handle herself, plus she wouldn't accept staying inside over night.
