I am easily confused.
Enjoy the show and bring plenty of tissue towards the end.

What are you waiting for, dah'ling?
To: lodwick
Great, thank you for the heads up.
To: Darksheare
How long is the pain from a bee sting supposed to last?
To: Borax Queen
Not sure.
Just saw a troll claiming to be a Southerner.
*ugh*
I guess I'm currently waiting on the terawatt flash on him.

Depends on the bee, how much venom he got you with, and how badly you react to it.
My typical reaction is for it to hurt for a day, the sting site to swell slightly and turn red, and then it goes away after a bit.

If it's a bee sting, the stinger is ripped off his bod and is now in yours - big prob, until it is removed.
If it's a wasp sting, you can paint it with clear nail polish and experience almost immediate relief.

In either case, a paste of Baking Soda and water will help draw out the baddies.

Thanks guys. I was calmly swimming laps, minding my own business, when one got me. Despite my formerly active and outdoorsy lifestyle, I haven't been stung in at least 25 years - OUCH. I didn't know what happened and thought I swam into a branch so I immediately pulled out whatever it was. I pasted baking soda on the site and am still alive after 30 minutes, so hopefully I'll make it :) That's what I get for planting to attract the birds and the bees.
To: lodwick
Jinx; thank you! That IS helping - phew. Baking soda, wonder drug.

Is the troll on "the south will rise again"? I need to go catch up on that - looks like it could be good.

I like my neighbors just fine, but I don't let them wander into my home at will.

Says it all for me...I like all you guys, plently fine, but when you want in my house, give me a call and see if I'm good with it.
Otherwise, come busting in and you'll be met with many 00 lead pellets to greet you.
Good grief, Fox, if you let us into your country like you want to be let into ours - it would be a whole other story.
Sheesh!
