There's nothing worse than having to arrest a naked person.
Except a naked wet person.
Especially when it is a dude.
And especially when he is fat and 10-96.
And running down the street in view of dozens of onlookers.
I had to look up 10-96. We're a little different up here but yes I know what you mean. The naked dude call is usually, in my case anyway, a bad meth trip with the invisible bugs and other creepy crawlies. Half of those usually result in a chase, fight or both. Never underestimate the naked guy.
