Just got this in an email from Kenneth: Our attorney, Jack Kirby, just spoke with Judge Boyd and confirmed with me that Boyd has taken himself off the case.

Just received this email from Olive Branch Press Rescued Lady in Georgia gets visit from her sister Wennesday 5:45 p.m. California time, I just talked to Mrs. Lonnie Ruth Mullinax, the sister of Mrs, Mae Magouirk, the sweet lady you all help us rescue, and she just had a visit with her sister, her vitals are strong and she is communicating, and praising the Lord she is alive. To God be the Glory, this is the day the Lord has made, and given one more to our sister in Georgia.

Been out in the forest and sun, listening to the frogs who "woke up" this week...had to 'breath my soul back into me" (Millay)

This is SUPER - and the sister can visit - etc...sounds like Kirby's one of the rare good lawyers and knows his stuff!

Would love to've been a fly on the wall when Kirby told Boyd where the bear does his doody in the buckwheat!

maybe something like - "How could you give the granddaughter POA on medical and not consider the statements from the brother and sister that would shed suspicion on the motives of the granddaughter?"

Anyway, it looks like Mae is safe now. If Mae is conscience, she could immediately change her POA on both financial and medical...
