he was in the movie CLOSER with Natalie Portman, jude law, and Julia roberts. He would be the one of the four that you wouldn't recognize.

Looks like an unknown. I guess what happen was the Clive did not want to play Bond. I'll give this guy a chance..
It's a great movie, Owen was in it and he plays the croupier so he's in a Bondesque tux a lot of the time.
That's probably the movie that got the Bond people thinking.

as evidenced by other posters on this thread, daniel craig has been in a few movies before but remains relatively unknown.
