AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1536) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | April 5, 2005 | All of Us

Posted on 04/05/2005 4:34:51 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The AP is already at it: speculating in writing whether it is time to have a black Pope. The liberals fail to understand it isn't about black or white, but piety to the Lord, something not mentioned in the articles.

A witness testified how Michael Jackson molested him in 1990 in a "tickle" game.

John Paul II will be buried in St. Peter's Basilica on Friday.

The governor of New Jersey has declared a state of emergency due to the flooding there. The Delaware has crested, but isn't expected to recede sufficiently until the end of the week to allow folks to return to their homes.

And the UOx42 legacy continues: United States teens in a recent survey, say that oral sex is both safe and not really sex.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

It is quite good.

It will just be a move down the hallway, no pay raise.

But it will be a huge opportunity for me to get out of the rut I am in, learn new things and let my creative juices flow.

The guy I'll be working for has been very good to me for many years and I was hand picked for this.

There is of course opposition from some quarters, but I believe it will all work out in the long run.

G. transfered to Albany from Syracuse with little pay increase. He hates the travel, but working with a great group of people makes up for that inconvience.

If it means less stress with a much more pleasant atmosphere, I pray you get it.

Me too, and thanks kiddo!!

The work load will be comparable to what I am doing now, but it will be challenging work, work that I can grow into.

And the PEOPLE are all happy, fun and we do after work get togethers and such.

I went to diy.com and didn't find anything.

I know, I'd use a slip cover too, but the one's I've seen are really ugly or the wrong fabric or color.

I've used several differnet kinds of conditioner for my leather chairs, but the arms still cracked. My chairs are over 40 years old, and I want to do them or have them done in cloth, RED. I'm on a red kick.

[What does having a black pope have to do with 9/11? ]
[About as much as 9/11 has to do with having a black Pope.]

That makes no sense at all

It sounds like a good move Nita. It's nice you'll be with people you enjoy. Congratulations.

Now I'm off to surf SureFit. Maybe I'll learn something.

The boys are coming over tonight. They'll be going on a vacation trip to Mexico and visit their real grandmother. They'll be gone 10 days.

Sounds like kofi baby is in deep voodoo.

I'm puzzled as to what you think you can learn at the SureFit site. Ping me to your answer because I'm off to a meeting down the road.

I'm closing down for the evening. I'll be back tomorrow because it will be another boring desk day.

I picked this up off Little Green Footballs site. Heh!

Good evening folks. We got the rv refrigerator fixed only to be forced off the road by the strong spring winds.

We wisely and correctly decided there was no sense tearing the awning and TV antennae off the RV by trying to drive further yesterday. The wind howled all night long, now it's turning directions. We talked to an actual storm-chaser at supper tonight, he said there has been 6 funnel clouds seen in this storm system (not sure all in this area, hope not!) But we could tell he loved this sort of weather. I'd never pay money to seek out tornados but if this guy can make a buck taking out people who do, more power to him.

I'm catching up on FR and the news, will probably be around more tomorrow as the wind isn't expected to die down even then. We are staying put for a while.

Hi, read your comments on the 'Laura Ingraham Engaged' thread, and you are right, we are from a different era when it comes to how we acted when we were young. Today, most of the kids are about 180° from the way we acted towards our 'superiors' back in the day. These days, common courtesy is dead, just like common sense. What a shame!

Now, about that picture of Michelle Malkin, Anne Coulter and Laura Ingraham...[Comment redacted by poster!] Sheesh! [See tagline!]

[And at one time back in recent history, my website was right below Michelle Malkin's on the prestigious and hard-to-get listed-onto Townhall.com directory...[Reread tagline!] :)-

Ha, I know I am a dinosaur! I was watching my grandkids late this afternoon and they were watching the Nickolodeon Kids' Choice Awards. Horrifying. Who is Romeo? He wears baggy, falling down jeans, a baseball cap backwards, and waves his arms a lot.

There were other winners I didn't recognize, either. I finally suggested everyone go outside and play. Grandma was getting a headache.

I am really tired this evening. don't know how much longer I will hang around.

Yep, when all elso fails, just wave yer arms around! Works every time! [Pfhhhhht!] In the real world, when the G-kids get on your nerves, send them out to play. Just make sure there is a 8-foot, steel-tipped fence to contain them... And it's about time for me to conk out myself. Well, maybe a FEW more [minutes...]. ;)
