IMHO It's not just Jeb - it's all of us who are cowed by the lawyers and judges. No father, brothers, neighbors, or actvists pushed their way into the building of death. And after the tryannical Judge Greer gave congress his middle finger to their Legislative bill, THEY did nothing. Not a peep.
We both know that Clinton & Reno did anything they wanted - even burned some children alive - and nothing happened to them. If we did the same there could very well be an impeachment. We Rs still have a lot of history to overcome to regain our power.
Jeb did try but I think he was not quick enough and word leaked out and a scene was set for violence.
We must blame outselves as well - have WE stormed the judicial doors in our towns all across America? No, we have not.
Were 100,000 angry Americans shouting and surrounding the hospice? No, a hundred maybe... and they were respectful.
There is a drawback to a cilivilzed nation I think, and that is a hesitancy to action.
