"However, if the truth is that Governor Bush does not have the legal authority to intervene, then he is no more responsible for not intervening than any of us are."
On Sean Hannity's radio show yesterday, Randall Terry's own attorney informed him (Terry) that Governor Bush no longer had any legal authority to intervene. [BTW: Thank you for your rationality; the commentary on some of these Terri threads has moved beyond hysterical and into the realm of lunacy!]
Boise said that both Congress and the Fla. Legislators failed Terri. They had the opportunity to make a law that guaranteed Terri's parents the right to give her water and food until the matter was resolved in the courts but the verbiage just wasn't there and now we have the Schindlers scrambling to fight it out in court where they will not succeed.
