Come on, Mel Gibson, Jesus, and President Bush really can't do anything about this. It's sad, but pleading to everyone just doesn't seem to being able to accomplish anything. I just hope Terry can go peacefully.

I don't get it. What can an actor do that the President and Congress can't do. Not to be critical, but isn't this glorifying Hollywood? Even if he is one of us.

THE 'VAST LIFE-WING CONSPIRACY' AGAINST 'poor wittuw michael' SCHIAVO [FR Link page]

For someone to believe Michael, one would have to think that everyone is conspiring against him. It's actually a major tin-foil conspiracy to think that her family, the President, Congress, Rush, Hannity, Savage, the Pope, many FReepers, many bloggers, Newsmax, WND, various nurses, various doctors, etc. are conspiring against Michael Schiavo.

Also... large link cluster

I saw Patricia Heaton on Entertainment Tonight last night coming out to support Terri and her parents. It was really a great interview. See Interview w/Patricia Heaton

ET also said, "Other celebrities who have reportedly issued statements in support of the parents include MEL GIBSON, PAT BOONE and singer RANDY TRAVIS."

"Please beg the President or Gov. Bush to act and take Terri into protective custody by enforcing those supoenas."

That's one idea. Mel is one gutsy dude. But he must be convinced that there is more than just legal minucia going on. Civil disobedience just might get his attention. One lady was reportedly arrested for trying to bring Terri a cup of water. One. What if Mel does that? If he sees a thousand people do it, maybe he'll take notice. But people able to reach Florida have to set the tone. Then maybe Mel or someone else. And then, the left will be begging Jeb to pepper spray people with cups of water in their hands.

I thought about that as well.

Since he went through so much persecution with "The Passion fo the Christ", he has become important. If nothing else, he could get more Christians involved in the fight.

Has he got that letter?

Bttt!

" The way of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord,
But He loves them that follow righteousness".
Proverbs 15:9

"The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayers of the righteous." Proverbs 15:29

More of God's word, less of mans.
