He just doesn't know how to take it from high school level to professional level.
LOL! You nailed it. There's always been something very "pep club" about Fedorov. Randy was exactly right when he compared him to a boy band.
Last night was NOT the time for Scott to get mouthy with Simon.
Amen. In his mind maybe Scott thinks he's defending himself, but to the rest of us he just looks like a jackass.
We should be heading for a Bo - Carrie final. If not, then I will finally begin to believe all those "vote for the worst" websites are having more of an influence that I presently suspect.
I think that group is generating it's own hype. If I'm not mistaken, their antics were first publicized on some blog--a blog that one of them probably created--and a few news sites like Drudge picked up the story. I firmly believe that Slingblade has made it this far mostly from sympathy votes. Sad thing is I doubt that he realizes it. Every time he mouths-off he lessens that sympathy.
I think you're right about Slingblade. Unfortunately, going strictly on last night's performances, he wasn't the worst overall. But who knows. Maybe the voters have finally gotten tired of him.
I can't imagine how Scott deals with all the negative publicity. Can you imagine knowing there are articles bad mouthing you, websites voting for you because they think you are the worst even if during some weeks you aren't, talk shows bad mouthing you because they liked greaseball better? Judges showing favoritism. It would be pretty hard to be all smiles while knowing all the above. It might even make one a bit sullen, quiet and maybe even a bit defiant.
